    To promote learning and life-long success in all students by assisting in the development of academic, career and social skills.
     
    Counseling Department

    The goal of the Matt Elementary School Counseling Program is to support and enhance student development by providing opportunities for academic, social, emotional and physical growth.

    Our Matt counselors provide assistance to students through counseling (individual and limited small group), large group guidance classes, consultation, and program coordination. Their main focus is to support academics, attendance, and behavior so that students can achieve to their fullest potential.
