Mrs. Tribble has 25 years in education.  She served as assistant principal for nine years at Kelly Mill Elementary, Liberty and Otwell Middle Schools.

Mrs. Tribble completed her specialist degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Phoenix in 2016.  She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Kennesaw State University and a Master’s Degree in Mathematics from the University of North Georgia.  Her certification, in addition to Leadership, includes Math, Science, Social Studies, and Language Arts in grades 4-8, as well as a gifted endorsement.  Her teaching career in Forsyth County has included tenures at Otwell Middle, Vickery Creek Middle, and Liberty Middle Schools.  Prior to that, she taught pre-kindergarten for two years.  In addition to classroom teaching and administration, she held the position of Assistant Professor of Education, Admission and Field Placement Coordinator at the University of North Georgia. During her time at the University of North Georgia, she also taught classes through their Post-Baccalaureate Program for Education.

She is a long-time resident of Forsyth County and graduated from Forsyth County High School.  She is married to a life-long resident of Forsyth County and has two married children, who have given her four beautiful grandchildren: Emerson, Macie, Chase, and Holden. She enjoys reading and spending time with her family and two dogs, Rennie and Lily.

My name is Rachael Dooley, and I am excited to serve the students, staff, and families of the Matt community as Assistant Principal! I have worked in Forsyth County since 2003. Before that, I taught in Calhoun, GA. I have taught students in grades K-5, served as a Writing Coach, and a Media Specialist. Before moving to Matt, I served as an Assistant Principal at Haw Creek Elementary for five years. I graduated from Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education. I received my Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education with a Gifted Endorsement from the State University of West Georgia. I attended Lincoln Memorial University for my Specialist Degree in Educational Leadership. My husband Jason and I have two children. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, and taking care of the animals on our farm. I am excited for the upcoming year at Matt Elementary!
