I have been a 4th grade teacher in Forsyth County since 2015 and also taught 3 years prior in Gwinnett County! I received my BS in Early Childhood Education from the University of West Georgia while attending school on a soccer scholarship. I also have a Specialist in Curriculum and Instruction with a Gifted Endorsement. I love exercising and reading mysteries in my free time. On the weekends, you can find me having fun at the lake with my husband, daughter, and son! I can’t wait for this year when students will reach their highest potential in a fun, challenging, and nurturing environment.

     fincher Sarah Fincher

Hello Poole's Mill Pirates! I am a FoCo native and graduated from University of North Georgia with a B.S. in Early Childhood and Special Education. I came back to teach in Forsyth County in 2018, and while I taught math for my first 5 years at the middle school level, I am so excited to return to my original passion of elementary school! I love to camp, rock climb, and run--but I enjoy restful days at home as well. I can't wait to meet my students and help them discover their potential as resilient and curious problem-solvers. Go Pirates!
