• Educational Technology at Brandywine aims to facilitate new and exciting ways of navigating the academic world around us. BYOT (Bring Your Own Technology) is a district wide initiative that empowers students to use their own devices to bridge the gap between school and home.

    Welcome to Educational Technology at Brandywine! I hold a Doctorate of Education in Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment from Walden University. My dissertation focused on student progress and achievement through different methods of instructional delivery. In addition to the EdD, I have an Educational Leadership certification from KSU, a Master of Music degree from Georgia State University, and Bachelors degrees in Music Education and Music Performance from Jacksonville University. I have a wide variety of interests and seldom sit still. I also teach graduate research and statistics courses at Piedmont University.

    When I'm not teaching, I am a composer, performer, and author. I am a proud father of two. My daughter is a sophomore at the University of Georgia studying astrophysics. My son is a Junior at SFHS and is a soccer player who also plays tuba in band. I enjoy playing any/ all instruments, watching soccer, reading, and learning about new ways to do things. I am a gadget guru and love to find different ways to use technology for teaching and learning.
