     7:10am-3:00pm *on school days


    Healthy children are successful learners. 


    In the event the Clinic needs to reach you during the school day, please make sure all contact phone numbers are updated in Parent Portal. Consider adding the school's telephone number to your phone's Contact List so that "Coal Mountain Elementary” will show up on your caller ID.


    We ask that you do not send your children to school if they are exhibiting signs of illness. 


    *Your child must be fever free* for 24 hours WITHOUT FEVER REDUCING MEDICATIONS before returning to school.

    *Your child must be free of vomiting for 24 hours before returning to school.

    *Your child must be diarrhea free for 24 hours before returning to school.

    Please know that the Clinic does not stock medications.  All medications (over-the-counter & prescription) for student use must be brought to school by a parent or guardian in the original container, unexpired, along with a completed & signed Request for Administration of Medication form located in the link below. **Medications are not allowed to be sent in to school with a student unless they have medical authorization from a doctor on file here at school.

    Asthma, Food/Insect Allergy, Seizure, Diabetes action plans, as well as all other required health forms can be found here.
