• West Family Values/ICON

    At West, we believe in supporting our Wolverines so they grow into compassionate individuals who are involved in their community, take ownership for their actions, and make decisions that are noble.  This belief is the foundation of our West Family Values where we teach and encourage our students, staff, and community to Be an ICON.  An ICON is someone who…Gets Involved, Shows Compassion, Takes Ownership, and Are Noble. 

     

    As our Wolverines exhibit the traits of ICON, they can be nominated to represent West as the Student, Teacher, or Support Staff ICON of the Month.  This accolade comes with a variety of rewards sponsored by the West Forsyth High School PTO and Farmers Insurance-Krystal Arbogast Agency.  These monthly winners then have an opportunity to win the ICON of the Year award.  Student ICON of the Year winners will be recognized at graduation during their Senior year.  In addition to the monthly awards, students get daily shout outs and have an opportunity to win weekly awards for exhibiting these traits.
