• Welcome, Substitutes!

    The service you provide VCMS is essential to providing continuity in education for our students when their teachers need to be away from the classroom.

    At VCMS, we use the Frontline Absence Management system to fill our absences. The Frontline Absence Management System will alert you via phone in the event an opening arises within your specified school(s). If you would like to be placed on the priority call list within Frontline for VCMS, please email Lisa Cleland: lcleland@forsyth.k12.ga.us.

    Many of our substitutes use an app on their phone such as SubAlert to get notifications of job openings in real time. SubAlert is a paid subscription service, but depending on how often you would like to sub, you may find it worthwhile.
