Attendance Excuse Notes
For all student attendance-related matters, please send an email to your child's teacher AND MAS-Attendance@forsyth.k12.ga.us
These matters may include (but are not limited to):
- Absence notes
- Medical notes
- Sick notes (staying home due to illness or doctor's appointment)
- Check out/check in notes
- Any other attendance-related questions you may have. Please remember our county attendance policy:
Students have 5 days from the date of the last absence to turn in an attendance note in order for it to be considered excused. After 5 days, notes will not be accepted and the absences will remain unexcused.
