Entry into the ºìÐÓÖ±²¥app Vendor Database
***Entry into the ºìÐÓÖ±²¥app Vendor Database does not constitute an open approval for ºìÐÓÖ±²¥app Schools and Departments to purchase from your organization. All new entries will be tagged inactive until you are awarded a contract through competitive solicitation and/or until a school or user department request activation based upon satisfaction of competitive thresholds as set forth by ºìÐÓÖ±²¥app Board of Education Purchasing Policy and ºìÐÓÖ±²¥app Purchasing Regulations.***
The vendor application process can be completed by using the online vendor application link below but prior to ºìÐÓÖ±²¥app entering this information a recent W-9 will need to be provided. This can be emailed to tridings@forsyth.k12.ga.us or use the link below. If you or your company does not have an existing W-9 form, there is a blank form that can be utilized below, then emailed to us.
