English language learners that qualify for the ESOL (English for Speaker of Other Languages) program are served daily.  Depending on the need, students receive support through either a pull-out model or a push-in model.  K-3rd grade ESOL students are served a minimum of 45 minutes a day and 4th & 5th grades are served a minimum of 50 minutes.  Each year, every ESOL student takes the ACCESS evaluation to assess their proficiency in English.  After the results are received in May, it is then determined if the student will remain in the program for another year or exit the program.  The ESOL teachers for Chattahoochee Elementary are Amadou Deme, Belinda Bator, and Paige Mahfouz.
