This is my 27th year teaching elementary school children. I taught kindergarten for 13 years here at SBE, third grade for two years, virtual first grade for one year, and I am so excited about beginning my third year teaching fourth grade! I graduated from Georgia College and State University with a B.S. in Early Childhood Education in 1995, and I earned my Gifted Endorsement in 2015. I truly love and am passionate about the education of elementary school children. I look forward to a wonderful year together!

I have been a proud member of the 4^th grade team for thirteen years at Settles Bridge Elementary.  I earned my undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of North Georgia & my Masters in social psychology from Georgia State University.  In 1999, I received my Masters of Education from Georgia State University and began teaching in Gwinnett.  I have also earned a Gifted endorsement.  After marrying, my husband and I settled in Forsyth County.  We have twins who attend South Forsyth High School.

Hello! Welcome to 4th grade. Although this will be my first year of teaching, I am not new to Settles Bridge. I attended SBE as a student, student teacher and a long term sub before stepping into this new role. I graduate of Georgia Southern University with a degree in Elementary Education, a minor in Experiential Education along with a Reading Endorsement and Dyslexia Endorsement. I am over the moon with excitement as this new adventure unfolds. It is my goal to assist my students in finding challenges that push them out of their comfort zones and enjoy ALL aspects of learning. I hope to inspire my students daily with my abundance of energy and positive vibes towards learning.

Hello, 4th grade! I am so excited to start teaching in 4th grade this year as a Settles Bridge STAR! I hold a Bachelor’s of Science in Education from The University of Georgia. I love getting to know my students and watch their love for learning grow! A little about me - I love to spend time outside hiking, camping, snowboarding, or playing with my dog, Jackson. If I am not at school, I’m spending time with family and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs and Atlanta Braves! I am very excited to get to know my students and create many memories this year. I look forward to meeting all of you and having an amazing year!

Welcome to 4th grade. I am looking forward to a fun and exciting year. I have taught elementary school for the last 26 years. I graduated from Georgia Southern University with a Bachelors degree in Education and later earned my Masters degree from Walden University. My husband, two sons (13 and 19), and I live in Cumming. My goal for the year is that each child will  gain a true love for learning!

Welcome to 4th grade my shining stars! I have been a teacher seen 1993 with most of my experience being in for 4th or 5th grade. My husband and I have enjoyed being a part of this community since 2007. Our dogs, Roxy and Ruger, love it here as well. 4th graders hold a very dear place in my heart. I can't wait to get to know, teach, and love each of you!
