Missing Parent Portal Messengers?

Be sure you have updated your information in Parent Portal to receive all messengers sent from the school. Here are a few common mistakes:

  • If you aren't receiving messengers sent from the classroom teacher, but do receive those sent from the school in general, look at the boxes you have checked. You most likely don't have a check in the box for the "teacher". 
  • If you don't receive communication from our media center, you most likely don't have a check in the box for "emergency". 
  • If you don't receive any messengers, but know that you checked the boxes, be sure that the checked boxes are next to the primary email address. 
  • Consider checking all the boxes to receive messengers from every part of our school.
